Experience the perfect blend of botanical & soy wax with our Botanical Wax Melts. Each pack contains 9 shimmering squares infused with natural fragrance oils, free of any paraben or paraffin. Elevate your senses with our eco-friendly and highly fragrant wax melts.
1. Placement: Place wax melts in a wax warmer or melter designed for this purpose.
2. Heat Source: Turn on the wax warmer or melter to initiate the melting process.
3. Amount: Use only the recommended amount of wax melts, we recommend 1-2 cubes for maximum effectiveness.
4. Safety: Ensure the wax warmer is on a stable, flat surface to prevent accidents.
5. Monitoring: Never leave the warmer unattended while in use.
6. Overfilling: Avoid overfilling the wax warmer; use the amount specified by the product instructions.
7. Ventilation: Use in well-ventilated areas for optimal fragrance diffusion.

Disclaimer
As we hand pour every item in small batches, none of it is identical. With this, it’s common and expected to see bubbles, frosting or colour changes, especially the colder months of the year. That proves that the soy wax we used is 100% natural. These minor imperfection won't, in any way, affect the quality or burning time of our candles.
Our candles are made to be decoratives , that's why the wick is NOT burning all the way down. But, you can use the remaining wax as a wax melt!
It is your responsibility to take the necessary measures if you wish to light them.
Spillage is normal with the decorative candles. Please, if you wish to light them, make sure that you place them on a temperature safe, steady surface away from anything that can catch fire.
Returns and exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns or exchanges if imperfections, bubbles or frosting occurs, but you can always contact us for any return question.
Damages and issues
You must inspect your order and contact us within the first 72h If you receive the wrong item or if it is damaged or defective. You MUST provide full description and photographic proofs to info@project-helios.ca. To be eligible for a refund, the returned item (s) must be in the same condition as it was received, unused, and in its original packaging with your order number and address. After your return is confirmed and we receive the item(s) back, we will issue a refund on your original payment method minus the original shipping cost.

Sculptural candles
Our candles are made to be decoratives, that's why the wick is NOT burning all the way down.
It is your responsibility to take the necessary measures if you wish to light them.
While unlit, do not keep your candles in direct sunlight and keep them away from heat sources , to protect their shape & colour.
Before burning your candle make sure to remove any packaging, tags, ribbon. Always trim your wick prior, to 0,5cm for cleaner burn.

Do not burn your candle more than two hours.
ALWAYS, triple check if your candle is still lit before you leave the room or your house.
Container candles
Containers will get hot during the burn, do not move the candles while lit.
Do not burn the candle more than 3 hours.
Always trim your wick to 0.5cm for a cleaner burn and longer burning time.
Burn candles within sight all the time.
Do not use the lid or water to extinguish the fire.
As the first burn is the most important, make sure you get a full melted pool ( when the melted wax reaches the edges of the container). This step will help to get an even burn and prevents candles from tunnelling ( when the wax on the sides remains unmelted).
