Shipping & Refund Policy



 As we hand pour every item in small batches, none of it is identical. With this, it’s common and expected to see bubbles, frosting or colour changes, especially the colder months of the year. That proves that the soy wax we used is 100% natural. These minor imperfection won't, in any way, affect the quality or burning time of our candles. 

Our candles are made to be decoratives , that's why the wick is NOT burning all the way down. But, you can use the remaining wax as a wax melt!

It is your responsibility to take the necessary measures if you wish to light them.
Spillage is normal with the decorative candles. Please, if you wish to light them, make sure that you place them on a temperature safe, steady surface away from anything that can catch fire. 

Returns and exchanges 

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns or exchanges if imperfections, bubbles or frosting occurs, but you can always contact us for any return question.

Damages and issues

You must inspect your order and contact us within the first 72h If you receive the wrong item or if it is damaged or defective. You MUST provide full description and photographic proofs to To be eligible for a refund, the returned item (s) must be in the same condition as it was received, unused, and in its original packaging with your order number and address. After your return is confirmed and we receive the item(s) back, we will issue a refund on your original payment method minus the original shipping cost.

Lost parcel

Once your order has left our studio, we cannot accept responsibility for any lost or delayed parcel. Please contact your shipping provider.
